What Is An Owner's representative
In our role as an owner’s representative we navigate the legal, engineering, design, budget, and construction management issues. We provide the owner a single channel of communication to the entire development team. As the owner’s advocate and as construction professionals, our experience and expertise will aide in the streamline production of your project which equates to a more comprehensible plan and management that will save time and money.
In development there is much more that goes into just managing an architect and a contractor. We manage cost, functionality, and scheduling of every single team, department, and component of your project. If you do not have someone on your staff that can manage these constant moving components on a daily basis then we are here for you.
